We offer practice Monday-Friday in the self-paced Mysore-style, and guided led classes.

︎Monday-Thursday: Mysore-style 6:30-9:30am
doors at 6:30, instruction begins at 7:15

︎Friday: Led Primary 7:30am

︎First Friday of the month: Conference before led, 7am
︎All other Fridays: Chanting before led, 7:10am

︎Sliding scale fee structure available to Black and indigenous students. Fees are due the first day of the month via cash, venmo, or Zelle.

︎Out of town practitioners are always welcome. Drop us a line with your intended dates.
