Rocket Caleshu is authorized by Sri R. Sharath Jois to teach through the intermediate series of ashtanga yoga. He began a daily ashtanga practice in 2009, and through the insight and generosity of his teachers Catherine Shaddix, Noah Williams, Angela Jamison, and Sharath Jois, continues with dedication.
